Das Restaurant liegt etwas versteckt im Industriegebiet von Karben. Der Außenbereich ist trotzdem sehr schön und im Grünen gelegen. Parkplätze sind außreichend vorhanden. Unsere Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und richtig sympathisch. Sonderwünsche waren kein Problem und wurden prima gelöst. Die Speisekarte ist nicht lang, dafür sehr interessant. Außerdem wechselt sie regelmäßig. Wir hatten u.a. Kabeljau mit Spargelrahmgemüse und farbigem Reis sowie als Vorspeise Carpaccio vom norwegischen Lachs mit Salat vom Wetterauer Spargel in Erdbeere Rosa Pfeffer Marinade und gebratener Garnele . we just came back from a family celebration. in the creation of the menu for the event we had received excellent advice. perfect small touches (e.g. personalized menus) accompanied the great combinations and well selected wines. the price-performance ratio (quality of ingredients and weep, genuity and presentation of dishes) was fantastic. I especially appreciated the service that was honest and attentive while I wasn't frilly or fussing. a great small, entertaining extra in the restaurant was the window to the kitchen with stuffed children and adult adults who watch the preparations in a really top kitchen. Schönes hochwertiges Restaurant, das Essrn (Menu) war super, die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Von außen eher abschreckend im Gewerbegebiet, aber innen schön eingerichtet. Wir haben im Wintergarten gesessen, die Terrasse/ Biergarten machte auch einen guten Eindruck, konnten wir aber wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen. Klare Empfehlung.

Great food!!! The lamb lobe was simply brilliantly a palate mouse. The staff is very accommodating, the operation fast. The dishes are all freshly prepared. Nevertheless, the appetizer was served after about 15 minutes and the main dish after about 35 minutes. Individual wishes were received. A good evening. Always like it.
After years we were back there. the atmosphere is no longer so thrived, no more traces of the enidharts. eat well, but not especially. Previously this was better and there were dishes that included regional food. I guess we won't go.
Our place in the conservatory was very beautiful. The food was a dream. When Steak went to the point and the Johannisbeer Sorbet simply celestial. Also the restaurant owners were very nice and always ready for a wish.
Neidharts is a very beautifully designed restaurant, small selection of regional and yet magnificent good dishes. Superb pricing, for such good food you can spend money! Can only recommend it to everyone!
