Property and location is beautiful. But over all a bad experience, waitress ignored us when we came in (there was only one other table occupied so it was not busy), and when she saw us she did not say hi and gave us a dirty look and it looked like she did not want us there at all. She walked past us like 4 times and when we asked to order she said to order at the bar but there was no sign of that. Guy at the bar was ok but never coming back here for sure.
Place looked lovely, but food very disappointing...Sandwich was tiny...being in the USA I expected portions to be of a decent size..in the UK our restaurants would not have been able to serve this, as it breaks all the rules of our Trade Description Act...as it definitely wasn't an adults size

Stayed a few days at the 1 hotel and stopped in a couple of times for our morning coffee. Morning cafe staff were unfriendly and we waited 30 minutes for our food (toast and a bagel) despite being one of two couples in the entire cafe. A disappointing experience to say the least. Book a table now
talk about a joke... I have never been so offended in my life. I ordered a $20 chicken sandwich that was, and hand to god this is no exaggeration, 98% bread. If I could give this place 0 star I would. It's a slap in the the face... screw this place. DO. NOT. GO.
This cafe is beautifully decorated. Although it is somewhat pricey, the hot chocolate is incredibly tasty and worth it. I went there to enjoy a view of NYC from Pier 1, and Neighbours Cafe provided the perfect warmth to help me get through the evening.
Surprised that this $16 large smoothie was not made from fresh fruit but a frozen purée. Upset my stomach and had an odd aftertaste. Would not recommend wasting your money.

I would advise against ordering the strawberry and ricotta toast. It cost $14, and the photo clearly illustrates my disappointment.
