Extremely disappointed. I had placed an online order for delivery and when I called to check on it the lady who answered the phone said she didn?t think they did deliveries. When you can literally deliver on the app. She then handed me the phone to someone else who said that they will check on it for me and let me know that the DoorDash delivery person is the reason why the order is messed up. But if I wouldn?t have called I would?ve never known. Try to order online (because there is always at least 15 min in there) and it would leave me?t. My daughter visited the state and coveted nectars. We had a long day of shopping and made it shortly before closing. We ordered 2 Açaí Banana Berry bowls. One of the two had a little less than the other. I brought it to the attention of Rosemary, assistant manager at the Southlake site. She recognized and explained how each bowl should be filled. (Man was overcrowded). In any case, this statement was acceptable. But she went beyond and beyond and brought us a little more to the one bowl that had less. She didn't have to.
