Whoever is in charge of customer service needs to teach their employees. Also having two people working there when there was quite a few orders and making people wait 35 minutes for two drinks is a little absurd.After going to surrounding stores aroundthere and getting lunch to come back to find out the drinks weren?t ready we were told they?re just told They?re busy busy Noapology or anything. Hate to give a one star to a place I normally love going to. But this location is so mismanaged. The kids behind the counter have no idea what customer service is and they're just lost with the two people that are waiting for drinks. Sure there's online orders too, but get a system that works. Get some training. You see the people here on Yelp saying the same thing about the customer service so just do something about it. Also, unless you're actually making an effort to have a well managed business with good service, then stop asking for tips at check out. I don't mind tipping, even if it's just a coffee or drink. But, at least make a small effort.
It took 20 minutes to get two smoothies from Nekter Juice, but both orders were completely wrong. I tried calling the store to report the mistake, but no one answered. Feeling sick with strep throat, I just wanted a smoothie to help me feel better. My husband returned to Nekter Juice and noticed an employee on her phone, ignoring the ringing phone. The service was awful, and we ended up wasting $20. The menu was straightforward, but the staff’s lack of attention ruined the experience.
The bowl I got was delicious but the service was pretty bad. I walked in, smiled, and said hi to the cashier and she just stared at me. I looked at the menu to choose what I wanted and she proceeded to turn around and work on something without saying aword. I waited until she was finished to order. I myself have a RBF but I try my best to at least say hi to all my customers asthey walk in. Like dang girl, at least say hi back.

Worst Nekter location there is BY FAR. you hired 13 year olds who seem so lost and confused they don't greet you they make everything wrong management needs to step in ASAP cus this place is one big s show I'd rather drive an extra ten minutes to go to a Nekter that knows what they're doing. And I'm not the only one affected by this clearly the customer service gave me second hand embarrassment train your employees
I wanted to like this place, but the customer service doesn’t match the prices. The staff isn’t very attentive and seems slow, with long waits for basic items like smoothies. Orders often come out wrong, and the employees don’t seem very concerned or motivated. It might be a training problem, but I hope they can improve going forward.
20 mins for 2 smoothies and both were completely incorrect. I called the store to let them know but they won't pick up the phone. I had strep throat and all I wanted was a smoothie. My husband returned to the store to see the girl working there onher cell phone ignoring the phone ringing. Horrible service and a waste of $20.
Terrible service. Took quite a while to even order our food and it wasn't crowded. Then after we order it takes another 10 minutes to get our order, and they also forgot to make one of our smoothies. Would not recommend this location if you expect toget your order in a decent time.

Been here multiple times. Every time say I am not going back because it is so slow. Impossibly slow. So so so slow. Been waiting here all day. Makes no sense how slow they are.
During my visit, the restaurant was quiet. The waitress was friendly and took my order promptly. I really enjoyed the toxin flush dish—it was made quickly and tasted great.
