Nepomuk - Table reservation

her manager is the rude person on the planet. we asked a menu in English and he said no English and didn't let any chance to communicate with him. he served all the other tables around us and did not come back to take over our commands. we had to ask all three employees to get a simple coffee. at the end when we paid, he threw money on the table with such arrogant attitude. I discourage going there unless they want to be treated with rudeness and rudeness. they have no understanding for the word customer service.

the service is terrible in this restaurant. they have no idea what the customer service is about. we waited at least until someone came to us and when we asked for a menu in English, the manager went away! extremely rude. Thirty minutes later. we were finally served with a posture. never comes back here again! if they have a restaurant learn how to be nice to their customers before they call themselves a business!

At first I thought it was an “elegant” cafe . I was slightly surprised when I came in and the smell of smoke hit us. Well, smokers are also allowed to have their own smoking cafe... Next time I'll avoid this place as a non-smoker. So NOTHING for non-smokers...!!!!

The food is very good. Huge menu and a few vegetarian dishes, all of which I unfortunately already know from regular visits. There could be a change there.

both the Nüssli salad and the spicy carnations tasted great! the service was somewhat slow, but fits in the mood of this relaxed place.
