I have gone several Sundays because it is one of the (very) few open cafeterias. They always take time to attend to the public, the people at the bar are overwhelmed and although I understand their situation, they are not usually very friendly. The last time I went I used the toilet and there was no soap, the plastic container was filled with water that didn't even foam anymore. It is a €2 investment and believe me, there is a lot to be gained in hygiene.
