First of all, Nesbitts is NOT a restaurant.Nesbitts is a 1st-Class Butcher Shop located in Lindsay, ON.When we want some excellent cuts of meat, pork or chicken, we head to Nesbitts.The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.The offerings are amazing, and everything is high quality. We make our hamburgers using Nesbitts' ground beef, and our guests rave about the flavour.The chicken is plump and air chilled, not drowned in water like the grocery stores.Can't say enough GOOD THINGS about this butcher shop.You will be impressed with the quality, service, and offerings.God Bless.

Recently I was invited out to Thanksgiving dinner. "Where did you buy this succulent prime rib of beef?" I asked the hosts. Why, Nesbitt's, of course. Where else can you find the best of beef in Lindsay? came the answer. (I expect the source was Alberta, the Canadian province known for its excellent beef.) Though Nesbitt's doesn't stock pheasant, the shop can order it in. It may be slightly more expensive to shop at this fine meat shop, the taste more than makes up for it.

This butcher shop, not a restaurant, has the cleanest appearance. The meat always looks and is freshly cut, top grade too. The frozen section offers an excellent variety for our town. I can also order rarer cuts like oxtail or lamb neck.

We bought some steaks hamburger Sausages which were great We had them through out the summer they tasted awesome the staff on hand where very friendly and helpful

great meats, great frozen seafood etc., specialty cuts of meat are handled expediently, their bacon is too good to fry, stuffed meats are delightful.
