New Bohemia - Table reservation

This review is long overdue, but I came here when I was visiting my fiancee's family in Minneapolis around Thanksgiving weekend. His brother and sister in law brought us and the rest of the family here for a quick lunch. The bartender that took our order provided amazing service by accommodating all our orders since we were a large group. The pretzel is to die for! It's so large and meant for sharing. I'm from NYC, and this pretzel outperforms better than the stale hot dog stand pretzel you'd find here. I loved the turkey sausage sandwich with the variety of toppings they have. I wish this place were closer to home, but I'd have to wait until I'm back in Minnesota to stop by this place!

Casual and elbow-to-elbow seating replicates the feel of hanging out downtown or uptown, and the full-wall windows bring in excellent sunset light. The food options are excellent and the pretzel is good to split between three. A lot.of the sausage options clearly connect to my sense-memories from my experiences in Germany and taste authentic and delicious. The hometown takes on them (the Juicy Lucy Wurst is my favorite! are also refreshing and filling.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! I wish I lived closer or there was one in Cambridge, MN. It's going to take you a while to explore their menu. Keep going back to be amazed.
