We have been ordering from this restaurant for many years, at least once every two weeks. However, the quality of the food and service has significantly declined in our last few orders. The woman who answered the phone was unprofessional, lacked people skills and business etiquette. Our last order was completely messed up and when we called to have it corrected, she shifted all the blame to us and refused to make any changes. Due to this experience, we have decided that it will be the last time we order from this restaurant. If they continue to employ such rude staff, they will surely lose a significant amount of business.

I truly love this restaurant! I order from New Grand China Kitchen nearly every day, and the food is always excellent. The young woman who takes my phone orders is prompt and friendly every time. The standout, though, is the delivery driver—he’s incredibly warm and cheerful, always greeting my son with a big smile. I highly recommend this place—I’m a huge fan!
My usual place was closed , so a neighbor recommended this place. I must say that the food was delicious: crispy shrimp and spring rolls, tasty wonton soup, and shrimp fried rice with a nice amount of shrimp. I think I found a new. place for take-out. Prices are reasonable too. We really enjoyed our meal.

I’ve been ordering takeout from New Grand China Kitchen for over 20 years. The delivery guy on the moped is absolutely the best—he brings joy every time he arrives at your door. The food is consistently excellent, and their wonton soup is the best in the neighborhood.
I ordered a house special fried rice and chicken wings. Fried rice only had pork. No chicken or shrimp, but they still charged the special price. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
The restaurant was clean, and the staff were attentive. The flavors of the food were satisfactory. I would consider eating there again.

Ordered oyster beef with eggplant. Very bland, meat or sauce had no flavor. Won't order again. Price is low. A grade from Health dept.
