I have been coming here since high school and the one woman who works at the front is an absolute angel. Food quality is always on point and she ensures everything in the order is top quality. Atmosphere is not 5-star because since Covid they have not had the tables and chairs open to sit down and eat, so you must take food to-go. They messed up several times on crispy general tso chicken. My daughter call them and specify that the chicken had to be crispy. It was very soggy. They made excuses and did not try to fix the situation. This is awful as my little son does not like soggy. They should havr said they couldn't do it and it would have been the end of it except they have made it crispy before. Very awful customer service and I highly don't recommend . Ordered from here for the first time. Want to start by saying the lady that answered the phone was very nice and didn’t rush me to say my order. She repeated it back to me as well. They said 35-40 minutes delivery. Food arrived in more like 25-30 minutes. Will continue to order from here. Finally found our new favourite Chinese food restaurant.
