I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant, especially considering I was paying for the meal. I placed an order over the phone, and while the delivery went smoothly, I was appalled to find a long piece of hair in my food when I opened it. I called right away and received a refund, which I appreciated. However, when I tried to give them another chance, they informed me that they were no longer accepting orders from my number. It seems they are taking their frustration out on me for their kitchen’s mistake. I won't be spending any more money here!

This was the worst Chinese food experience I've ever had. I placed my order, and it took three hours for them to cancel it after misleading me about my driver supposedly being in the area.
Delicious food, quick service, and friendly staff at reasonable prices. It's the only Chinese restaurant I know that has the cutest Black girl working there. A+ for Hong Kong restaurant!
