Ordered a pizza and a couple of pop to the room, over an hour goes by and I call to find out what the hold up is. I'm told the driver was at my room but there was no answer at the door.!?? To be...sure, I was there. The girl tells me the driver quit while screaming at her blah blah blah. Okay, whay has that got to do with me and my pizza? The driver wasn't here. She says the driver, also a girl, said she was, tried to call me on my cell and it went to voicemail. SO YOU LEAVE???! My wife and I ordered a pizza with meat on one half and vegetables for the entire pizza. When delivered we sat down to realize that they did the opposite and put veggies on half and meat over the entire thing. (Wife is vegetarian) We...called to let them know the mistake. I am not sure why we ever fill out the details with online order that they never pay attention. pizza always comes very well made even if it is not so ordered. Cream crust is always forgotten and in which a topping is missing. the garlic nodes are burned in the normal on the floor and dried in the middle. I am not sure if all this is to be done with a young person who simply does not care or what; but seriously this place must take a long look at these reviews and correct the problems!
I worked at the Caledonia location. They still owe me 1000.00 from a pay PLUS some owing because they didn't give me my whole last pay. The same with my co-workers. I know it's pizza and I know it's a chain, but this local restaurant turns out a tasty, not greasy pizza with lots of choices for toppings and crusts. They are a great community supporter with fund raising programs for local schools. It's our choice...for hot and tasty pizza for a VERY hungry family
I called into my order and they gave me a certain time and was ready when I showed up. the person on the theke was friendly and energetic. my job was right and I asked. the pizza was hot, with a beautiful crust. and so much cheese. even the left were delish. I will always stop in new orleans.
The pizza is inconsistent. Sometimes it's okay, but more often than not, our pizza seems to be under cooked or it doesn't have many toppings. My daughter once got a panzerotti that was supposed to be pepperoni and cheese. All it had in it was...sauce.
they try to do the fact that their online order has not worked for a month before people waste their time to get their order after receiving a confirmation email that it will be ready in 20 minutes! so unprofessional. Book a table now
I had the High Five pizza with teig, cheese, and sauce, which was really delicious and fresh. The pizza was excellent and the staff was friendly.
