What an idea to visit DAX before an feria! Almost everything is closed and cloisonné and it is by chance that we settled at the brewery at 1:00. And we were very pleasantly surprised. Absolutely extra tuna Steak, perfect cooking accompanied by a great sauce and grenaille apples without reproach. Super tender and tasteful snack. Gaufres that I didn't taste but my friends enjoyed it. A small flat for the burnt cream whose consistency was not all done. Warm welcome. Excellent service.
