1. Asked for brown rice on one order and was given regular white rice colored brown with soy sauce!2. The Beef with scallions and ginger was mostly regular onions, hardly any scallions, and no ginger at all!3. The Cold Noodles with Sesame Sauce has hardly any sesame flavor at all, and no longer comes with sliced cucumbers.4. If you order take out soup, you have to remind them to put the dry noodles.5. Take out orders used to come with a fortune cookie I guess not anymore!6. Will be looking for another restaurant next time!
New Red House offers an efficient and reasonably priced Chinese takeout experience. I ordered online, and the food was ready exactly at the estimated time. The portions were decent, and at $14.95 for a combo, the menu provides good value for the area. The General Tso's chicken was good, though not my favorite—the chicken was a bit doughy, and the fried rice lacked the flavor I was hoping for. Overall, New Red House is a solid choice for convenient takeout at a fair price.
Okay so I'm in love with Mei fun and OMG this beef Mei Fun is good af!!! In 2 yrs I haven't had any good Chinese food in East Manhattan period, honestly didn't think it was possible. I passed this place a many times because of it's set up, today it was a unhidden gem. This is now my go to. No more going to Queens or the Bronx for my Mei fun fix Mmm mmm good.
Not good at all. When trying a new place I order very basic food. I ordered fried wings and pork fried rice. What a disappointment. Who messes up wings and fried rice? Everything looked like it was previously made and sat out overnight. Nothing tasted fresh. Spent $16.00 via grubhub and will not be ordering again.

So I ordered on line and the price is higher than if you call it in. A 9.99 lunch special became 13.99. Whoever answers the phone didn't care. Food full of filler not a lot of protein. Worst Chinese food I've ever had as a Chef
Order delivery food and end up missing food. Delivery guy said store didn’t put in and then call the store and they said delivery guy took it. In the end food missing and no refund. Also food was cold and late delivery.

Food was inedible. Shrimp dumplings were like cardboard. Moo shoo pork was like mush, except for the pancakes which were like cardboard.
