Yes, New York bagels does have good bagels, but the problem is they’ve decided to charge 4% on any credit card transactions. That’s double what the companies charge them. I doubt if I wanna go there anymore because I don’t think that’s right to double what they charge. And they’re trying to say it’s to keep the cost down, but from what I’ve seen their prices keep going.

Bagels are bloated not so tasty-at all. Nor did our bagels have a hole in the middle-more like a narrow slit.I wish I could find the bagels I grew up w/ in a predominately Jewish neighborhood. Those were GOOD bagels. And can still find in NYC at a few places or deli's. And REAL cream cheese-no added gums. It all makes a diff.

Whenever we have guests from out of town, I always pick up some bagels to make sure they know what a good bagel really tastes like.

Good fresh bagels and good cream cheese however, like seemingly everything else these days the prices are on the higher side.
