Terrible service, I called for an order and an hour later I called again and they told me that the driver couldn't find the address and that he went to another address. They never called me to guide them to my house. I speak English, Spanish and their workers are racist. I did it again. another order and I spoke Spanish they hung up on me and they didn't answer again, my friend tried to call from her phone and they answered quickly if they don't have tolerance for clients they have to look for a new job everyone must love what they do. For my part, I will not return to New York pizza
The pizza was delicious, but it wasn't quite the extra cheese I had requested. The manager on duty today demonstrated excellent customer service skills and was very responsive. My only complaint is that the delivery driver completely ignored my detailed instructions, which disturbed the homeowners at the front. I look forward to ordering again soon, hopefully with a different delivery driver and the extra cheese I requested. Overall, the pizza was really good!
The Marriott gave me their menu. I ordered a delivery pepperoni and mushroom pizza and a Greek salad with Italian dressing. Y’all- this was delicious pizza. The dough is super good. I’m visiting from the the southeast and this pizza is great. TheGreek salad was fresh and big. The cucumbers, tomatoes etc were fantastic. It should be given that salads are fresh, but in myexperience it’s not! Highly recommend!
This place is okay but there are other better pizza joints in downtown San Mateo. I found that the dough is inconsistent as it is sometimes might be too thick or too thin. Guess it depends on who is working there on that day. Would that being said. This place is located right next to a bar where you can take your pizza inside.

Vegetarian options: They had a Gluten Free option for my kid was a bit expensive about $24 with tip but was delicious nonetheless. Parking: Parking was difficult, was able to find parking in the garage however eventually. Was about a 2 min walk.
We ordered Buffalo wings they were ok but Domino's better. Pizza was good we had combo really good recommend. We placed order by phone great customer service. Would recommend to family and friends ?
Place was bomb. Whoever ordered the jalapeño, corn, and olive white pizza, it was bomb : . We got the wrong order and the pie we got was fantastic! Were ordering again for sure!
The quality of the food is excellent, and the delivery was prompt and precise. Everything was prepared just as I requested. Overall, it's truly a fantastic pizza!
