Used to love this place but highly disappointed by the service. I called them to order 2 pizzas on a non-busy night. The guy told me 10-15 min and I told him I?ll be there in 20. I get there, the guy tells me 20 more minutes and looks at me with embarrassment like he forgot my order. No explanation either. Continues to charge me full price for what I ordered a special but since he didn?t tell me what the price was on the phone, I let that go. It took 45 minutes for my pizzas
I am very picky when it comes to review food or restaurant. But this pizza place is really has awesome environment. Staffs were very polite and helpful. they were very attentive to every single customer. Now about the food, They offer thin crust pizza which are almost similar to Italian pizza. Their coffee and mocktails were really top quality. I would highly recommend this to every pizza lover.
I am extremely disappointed. That was the worst $69.27 I have ever spent! I ordered wings that still had feathers attached—gross! The flavor of the wings was terrible as well; they were dry and barely had any sauce. I also ordered an XL pizza, but it was quite small—more like a medium or large at best. The taste wasn't good, either. I will never order from here again. Don’t waste your money!
this is hands down the best in the area. The sandwiches are the best I've ever had and their specialty and regular pizza are both amazing every time. the owner REALLY knows what he is is doing in the kitchen and he uses high quality ingredients. I think the prices are extremely reasonable for the high quality food that they sell here. Would recommend to anyone in the area it's the new go to! Book a table now
I was a little skeptical because it's was a pizza joint opened until 3am BUT this place did not disappoint. The pizza is delicious, ingredients were fresh! Another night I ordered wings, they are jumbo and cooked just right. Been to several places to eat while I was in Fairfax and this is my favorite.
Incredible pizza! This is the original New York Pizza Factory that used to be located in Annandale, and they’ve now relocated to Fairfax. The quality and flavor are still the same. I can confidently say I'll be a regular customer from now on. Just a heads up: it's situated behind the shopping center.
Their Boneless Wings are an absolute delight. I've never been a fan of wings, but these have changed my mind; they’ve become my go-to dish from this restaurant! I especially enjoy the combination of Garlic Parmesan and BBQ sauce—try it out, and you'll find yourself wanting more! Food: 5/5
