Newnham Hotel Restaurant

After I had passed the newnham hotel in eight miles almost every afternoon, I thought I would immerse myself and see how it is. Preset confusing layout with side doors and corners that hide doorways, but I finally made myself a bistro. the area looks very nice with dining table, these are dining tables and chairs on separate flats. as there was no body around me, I thought I would take a moment from him layout, as it impressed me, until a dame presumably the manager, but was not when it decided to give me a game of asking, and strongly recommend that I don't wear pictures from inside, especially the bar or floor, obviously worried about the kind of clientele they are. this has me from the or...

This is my absolute favorite place to have dinner! Me and my partner have been going to The Newnham since we met 2 and a half years ago, once we were there every Sunday night for about 8 months. The ever changing interior makes it more welcoming each time with blankets provided for chilly nights outside, children's area (not that ive ever used it), friendly staff who make an amazing lemon lime and bitters every time and fantastic value for money with a specials menu on every day. No it doesn't have a pumped up atmosphere but they always have good music playing and a beautiful relaxed 'feel' to the place. newnham hotel has removed its lunch card, which has a drink for no contempt for regular, elderly, who enjoyed a reasonable lunch. today not better than the old lunch and in the did a steak that should be medium rare was well done and hard. in contrast to most free days very few patrol and the managements can now add another that will not be back. .standard of cleanliness of table and chairs also down'. management should go to other businesses, close to and check prices maybe then they will be the msg that the second class is not good enough when calculating high prices.

Had the chicken schnitzel with a topper consisting of Hollandaise Sauce, Bacon and avacado along with chips and a side salad. All I can say is for the price this place is a hidden gem. Good honest and very tasty pub food for an excellent price. Highly recommended and will definitely be back time and time again! Thanks!
