I read on the internet that this place is famous for Banh Xeo Vietnamese pancakes so we were excited about trying it out! It's a clean restaurant with friendly staff. The half of the tables were full at 12:30 on Friday so it's not so packed at all. We shared a big Vietnamese pancake $15) which came with heaps of fresh veggies and herbs. I asked them to not to put bean sprout into mine but the bean sprouts were one of the stars of this dish so it's better to keep it of course! The food was freshly cooked and the coconut smell was sweet and nice. It's actually tasty! They have many kinds of noodles as well. It's very close to the train station and easy to find it.
I never really got Vietnamese pancakes until I tried at ngoc, and now I'm addicted, but only when I bought from this restaurant (of which I tried anyway). beautifully crispy and enriched with fragrant coconut aroma, and it's huge, which is almost a pity because it fills this way. (P.S. the photo is from ngoc ans vietnamese pancakes that I have taken to the house as a departure; they packed it so well that instead of being too soggy it was still fresh and crispy when I came home an hour later.
I never really 'got ' Vietnamese pancake until I tried it at Ngoc An, and now I 'm addicted, but only if bought from this restaurant (of the ones I 've tried anyway . Beautifully crispy and imbued with fragrant coconut flavour, plus it 's huge which is almost a pity because it 's so filling. We are first time visitors to Cabramatta which is famous for its Vietnamese food. Walked past the cafe and saw that it was busy, so assumed it would be good.The service staff were very friendly, well spoken. The prawn spring rolls ( not the deep fried ones) were fresh and tasty. The soup noodles were hot and tasty. All in all, we are very pleased with the food and service.Would recommend ...

really nice Vietnamese pancakes at a decent price, the real star was the fish sauce based diving sauce, which was an absolute explosion! would definitely recommend if they were looking for an alternative to the usual pho.
Have eaten at this restaurant several times and the food is always great. The service is good, friendly service with a smile. Lemongrass Chicken with rice - delicious. Crispy skin chicken, rice noodle soup - excellent
Ngọc Ẩn's bánh xèo has the authentic southern flavour. Fresh salads are clean and plentiful, including mustard leaves and tía tô (the two must-have salads or bánh xèo). Great taste, good price.
