How in the world did we step into one of the best noodle shops in the area? It felt like home. I’m currently in a food coma as I write this. The owner is very sweet and immediately welcomed us in, encouraged us to order first while we waited for a table. My husband and I order their pho and bun bo hue. We also got complimentary egg rolls, which were delicious. Hands down one of the best bowls of bun bo hue I’ve had in a long time. It’s one thing to get a good meal from a restaurant but it’s another to have one where you feel like you’re in your family’s kitchen. Incredible service and a hidden gem!
nha trang bungalow bo hue was acceptable. the flesh was not tender and cut thin, I have more of the cutting about 1⁄2” thick, as I had in saigon 1974, which retains the texture and is soft to chew. the aromen were not strong enough (4 com tam bo (3 the steam-free boiled with water saturated, while pouring fish sauce after 10 minutes it became soggy.
Bun bo hue is packed with meat and flavor. The pork blood felt overly soft and juicy in my mouth, but my sister said she liked it that way so I guess it's personal preference. Portions are huge. I was only able to finish 2/3 of my food and took the rest to-go.
bun bo hue is huge. very good place for the court. this place would be amazing at any other place outside of la, only too many great places for this court in la and westminster. I would recommend it.
