The ramen here is absolutely amazing. I've had the Tonkatsu twice in the past week because it was so incredibly delicious. The pork buns are also fantastic. Lynbrook is truly fortunate to have such a remarkable restaurant! Each ramen order comes with half a tea egg, a few pieces of pork chashu (braised pork belly), plus a generous serving of vegetables and mushrooms. What an exceptional meal!
The Manhattan Ramen Shop in Long Island offers fantastic food. I just wish they had a wider selection of vegetable dishes.
The noodles are fresh, and the broth is delicious. Both the tan tan broth and the tonkotsu are exceptional!
