We visited Knoxville from out of state and found Nick J's after searching for a place to eat online. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, we knew it would be good because it was bustling with cars. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and seated right away. Our server, Anthony, was fantastic, and the food was absolutely outstanding. It was great to witness the interaction between the staff and regular customers; everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time. Our food arrived in about five minutes—piping hot and incredibly tasty. My husband and I visited for lunch on Friday and were fortunate to find a parking spot since it's usually very busy! It had been years since our last visit, but one thing remained the same: it was fantastic! I ordered the club sandwich, and my husband had the bacon cheeseburger. Both were outstanding. The onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. We sat at the counter, which allowed our waitress to keep our drinks full; she was such a sweetheart and really connected with her customers. My partner and I went for lunch on Friday, and we were fortunate to find a parking spot since they're usually packed! It's been years since our last visit, but one thing hasn't changed: the food is still fantastic! I ordered the club sandwich, and my husband got a bacon cheeseburger. Both were excellent. The sides were some of the best I've had. We sat at a table that allowed our waitress to keep our drinks filled; she was very attentive and clearly knows her regular customers well. She even chatted with us about dessert. The peanut butter cake and banana pudding were phenomenal! Their prices are reasonable for the generous portions you get. We can't wait to come back for breakfast soon!

If we lived in the area, we would definitely become regulars! We plan to visit Tennessee several times a year, and Nick J's will definitely be on our itinerary for those trips.
