I'm fortunate that they don't offer delivery and that their location requires a bit of a drive; otherwise, we might go broke because their hoagies are so tempting—though their prices are still quite reasonable. I could easily subsist on their Italian hoagies, especially the bread, which is always fresh and delicious. The Clark Summit location isn't exactly around the corner, but it's definitely worth the journey!
Sorry guys, I ordered steak and cheese with mushrooms. The employee was very nice and the restaurant very comfortable. I brought the sandwich home with a beverage only to find no cheese, and no mushrooms. Truly disappointing based on how others have raved about the place.4/30/24Changing my review. The hoagies here could be described as deli counter hoagies. They're small, pre made, inexpensive, and delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the prices are reasonable.If you want good, quick hoagies this isn't a bad choice! Parking: There's a parking lot. Kid friendliness: Good place for kids.
Visited from Allentown. Needed to get a quick lunch and didn't want that blah drive thru meal. Friendly service, waited a few minutes, watch a little TV, and was on my way. My wife and I enjoyed the sandwiches at home. Great to know we have a place like Nickie's when we come to town. Book a table now
On a positive note, the owners are great, and the guy working there was cleaning and doing a good job. However, the woman at the register was not friendly. They also seem to have a limited selection of ingredients—no mushrooms, spinach, or anything else I was looking for.
Best hoagies in the area. They are great to the community and local teams as well. The fact that they now sell gluten free hoagies shows they care about their customers. They're an absolute staple in the Abingtons!
Good food. Good prices. Excellent service. $5 meal for a pre-made hoagie, bag of chips and can of soda. Tough to beat it.
