Recommended by a lifelong resident of Newark, New Jersey, I feel it's important to take my friends from Jersey who haven’t been to Brooklyn. The pizza there—and at a few spots in the city—would truly impress them. However, this particular place didn't meet my expectations. The crust was spot-on: crispy and perfectly cooked, which I really appreciate. I love a crust that's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—no complaints there. Unfortunately, the cheese and sauce could use some improvement; I found them to be a bit too salty for my taste. I’ve ordered from here every weekend for yearss. It be so good. Butttt I must say they are terribly falling off. They food is not tasting as fresh. Pasta is undercooked hard and dry. Chicken was sooo bad and hard. I spent 60$ last night for it to be thrown in the garbage. I’m not sure what’s going on but please pick your business back up. I won’t be ordering here for a while.
This restaurant holds a special place in my heart. I've been visiting since I was around six years old. Every time I return to Newark, this is the go-to pizza spot that I can't miss! Be sure to request extra cheese—it’s absolute bliss! The drinks are great, too!
The food is always good here real Italian made. Not like most pizzeria restaurants nowadays where either Russian,Albanians, or South Americans are actually making the pizza.1 of the last true Italian made pizza in north Newark.

Pizza was delicious. Sub was pretty good. Bread was fresh. The chicken was a bit dried out but overall good experience. I called order in and picked it up. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful.
