They mentioned that while there is a pizza place, there is a potential for cross-contamination, as gluten pizzas are also made on-site. However, they do their best to maintain separation. This is the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had! The waiter thoroughly reviewed all the ingredients with me to ensure they were gluten-free and answered all my questions. They also sanitized all the utensils before preparing my meal.
