a peculiar kitchen where we can find a delicious croquette with the personal touch of the chef, as dishes made combining exotic and magnificent flavors with the most traditional. If you visit nigromante, do not forget to order the eggplant potatoes with dried fruit and honey, the tortite pulp with sewer and creamy potato or so the scalp with foie and excellent caramelized relationship.
