I popped in to get a coffee and cake in the morning and waited a while but they were a bit slow and too busy so decided to go back later. Went back later in the day and waited to order and pay quite a while - they're a bit slow here (and both times wasn't particularly busy). I ordered two sweets, beautifully created, and very nice and sweet patisserie items. One had a delightful little macaron on top. I also ordered a plain croissant that was nice and fluffy inside. My cappuccino came out fast and was a good coffee, though no latte art. There's a lot of hype over this place due to the beautifully created treats, just be prepared for the wait.
We heard about it through Facebook, and wanted to taste some of their pastries. That is why Alyssar, Alcasar, and I have decided to make a detour yesterday Saturday 17 September to stop at Ninou in Rosebery. All what I have tasted; chocolate eclair, coffee eclair, plain croissant, chocolate croissant, chorizo ficelle, chouquettes was fine, well above average. More particularly, the Salmon baguette was great, better than anything else! That is what would be worth the detour to Rosebery when driving from the Airport to Manly. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. A great potential for a franchising business...
The pastries at this French cafe are absolutely delicious. They have a variety of breads, sandwiches, tarts, and other French pastries that are all amazing. My favorites are the Salted Caramel Tart and the pastry with chocolate chips in it, although I can't remember its exact name. The Chicken Sandwich is fantastic, and everything else I've tried there has been excellent. I highly recommend this place.

The baguettes were good. Croissants didn't arrive for a long while and when asked, were delivered quickly to table. Looked like croissants were hastily microwaved as they were all soggy; disappointment. Ordered chicken quiche but given bacon instead. Mentioned to staff and got a shrug; another disappointment. No need for a revisit.
We initially planned to have breakfast somewhere else, but we were ignored so we ended up coming here. It's a nice relaxed atmosphere with chill music, and the croque monsieur is definitely not healthy, but it tastes delicious! You should definitely give it a try :)
Pretty tasty! Friendly staff. Not blown away by the coffee but it wasn't bad for sure. Would go again. Interested to try some of the other things on offer. We had an apple Danish and a chocolate eclair and were very happy with our decisions.
After reading positive reviews about Ninou, I decided to give it a try. However, I was quite disappointed with my experience.

There are many dessert stores in city, but this store have eclair and very delicious. And the cakes are real pretty.
A wonderful place for someone like me w a sweet tooth. Must try the strawberry tarts fabulous. A must visit.
