I think the concept here is fantastic, but the execution leaves something to be desired. First of all, if you're planning to drink and do karaoke, I suggest having a few drinks before you arrive. The drinks are pricey and not very strong. We had a server—I'm not sure what the right term for their role is—who visited our karaoke room a few times. He promised us some drinks and snacks that never arrived, and we hardly saw him again. Maybe it was a busy night, and they were understaffed? On a positive note, they do have a selection of newer songs in the catalog.
3 stars is honestly generous. Drinks were ok. Our hostess was awesome, I’m not sure of her name. But the manager made me never want to come back. Per our hostess when we arrived, the a/c was not working in our room so it was quite hot. She brought us ice and water and about 45 mins in said the a/c had just been fixed but we could leave the door open to get some airflow. I’ve visited this place in the past and the experience was great. However last night me and a couple friends decided to go but that experience was not at all like the last one. The encounter I had with the bartender/manager was ridiculous he was very rude and very unprofessional and sarcastic. He attitude and demeanor towards us was very unnecessary. I made a reservation a week in advance but ended up canceling on the same day because I found a better deal. According to their website, you can get your deposit back if you cancel at least 48 hours before the reservation. However, they never refunded my deposit and didn't respond to my emails about it. Now they're contesting my chargeback with the credit card company.

Trust the 1 star reviews. We were told one thing by the “new guy” and a totally different (and more expensive thing) by the manager and every time we mentioned that we were told X they kept saying “oh he's new” as though the new employee did not represent the business as well. Expect to pay far more than you planned to, with a side of condescending and unhelpful staff.
As a tourist the place had a pretty sketchy vibe at first, we were searched at the door, it felt like we were alone at the place and the karaoke system was in chinese. But this weirdness just contributed to a great night. The hostess was super nice and everyone else were at least not openly hostile haha.
Paid 18.86 for a watered down Long Island iced tea. The waiter was slow and didn’t know much about the karaoke screen. I could have had a better time in my basement with some Amazon neon lights around the tv.
