I returned to the store and informed the young lady at the counter that my bread was missing. She seemed disinterested and casually walked away, only to come back and tell me they were out of it. I mentioned that I had paid for it, and she offered a refund or an item of equal value. I asked what they had that was comparable, and she suggested a plain bagel or a potato bagel. I accepted the potato bagel, but overall, the service was poor. I was frustrated that I hadn’t been informed about the incomplete order.
Worst experience ever! Signs on the door to mask up and no one but me and the two behind the counter were wearing masks. When asking the cashier if they could ask them to mask up or leave per the sign on the door requiring masks, and no one said anything. Explained they can get fined and or shut down by state, I was called Karen by the short guy driving a challenger, and they shoved my bagel in a bag and said have a great day. Place needs management and State compliance. Here is what I got not what I ordered.
I waited for 5 minutes without any service. One customer being assisted was having difficulty making a decision, while two employees simply stood behind the counter, ignoring me and the other two customers. To make matters worse, one staff member yelled at a customer who sat down inside, insisting that they go outside to eat because indoor dining is not allowed. After those 5 minutes without any help, I decided to leave and find another place to eat.
I love the food, and the service is usually pretty good except if you are ordering over the phone. It doesn’t seem to matter which employee takes my order, it’s certainly not a language barrier since they all speak English just like I do, and my order is always read back to me correctly, so I’m perplexed as to why this particular method of ordering always goes wrong. Nevertheless, staff is always pleasant and happy to amend their mistakes.

Went there around early morning rush and the place had a long line. The line was moving quick. Ordered a avocado bagel and coffee and it was ready fairly quick. Overall, fast and efficient place and the bagel was delicious. Orange juice in cups was available as well.
The food was excellent, and the customer service was pleasant. It was our first visit, and while we're not entirely sure what a true New York bagel is supposed to taste like, they definitely seemed distinct from any bagels we've had before.
Over the past couple of years, this store has really stepped up, and the staff is a lot friendlier than they were a few years ago. The service and food have also gotten significantly better.
Great bagels. They get really busy in the morning and I believe they are a little short staffed but if you have the time to wait in the morning it's worth it.

The service was good, but the quality of the food was inconsistent. The item wasn't toasted enough and the spread was applied too thin, almost like butter.
Two stars because these are not even close to NY Bagels. They more resemble the texture of a Kaiser roll with a hole in the middle.
