Unfortunately, I think the restaurant needs to rethink its service management strategy. Fixing problems by offering free bread on the house and the offering up a gift certificate for next visit (which never arrived and if it did/does, I 'll be deleting it). We won 't be coming back ever to this establishment and we will let our network of folks know about the horrible experience it was. I just wanted to publish my review when I came from Mr. Tam about this report. I was there for dinner this evening with my mom and experienced the interaction. There was a complete house and the restaurant was extremely busy for the weekend. Nevertheless, the service and food was exceptional. The server apologised politely for the error and did its best to correct the situation. I personally heard the interaction. The manager came and apologized and offered a gift certificate and was honest about the situation. (I no longer know about anyone, but I prefer honesty in contrast to some brightened pretext). I had a quiet dinner night with my mother in Noble Bistro and I highly recommend this restaurant. We had the fried Calamari, Paella and Hummer Linguine, everything was delicious and a good portion size. If you are looking for exceptional food and service, I recommend. I'll be back.
