Last week, I stopped by to pick up two strips of chicharrón to go. The young woman who assisted me mentioned it would take a while, but to my surprise, it was ready in under five minutes. However, when I got home, I was disappointed to find that the strips looked like they had been reused or had some questionable sauce smeared on them. I hesitated to call and complain because I didn't want to overreact, especially since I’m a regular customer. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this place again. Food waste should be disposed of properly and not served to customers. I should note that I was there at 7 AM. What a shame.
This restaurant is outstanding. I visited with my family and brother, and we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Our waitress, Catalina, was very attentive and made our visit even better.
