I've come to this restaurant a few times. I was quickly seduced by the inner frame, flat side as soon as we leave the menu of the day the note climbs fast. cabillaud vegetables 16€.. Fruit salad 6€... I have tested almost all dishes, never faint in plates, or vegetables or homemade fries. Not balanced damage. The overflowed waitresses quickly lose their smile. and incite to go to the terrace while it is the furnace. I'll get another address.
restaurant doesn't necessarily make you want to go outside. the terrace is nice, the room is well decorated (attention to the podium not to fall) and both waitresses are very pleasant. the dishes a little expensive but good.
I don't understand how this place continues to exist. The food is terrible, the prices are high, the ambience nil.
+.5 for service Salisbury House (Sals) is just one of those places where you go because it's a Winnipeg thing.
