The food I ordered was actually pretty good. It's in this shopping center that doesn't have much, but hopefully the new Ashley's Furniture will give them a little more business. I went on a Sunday and there was actually nobody in there. Apart of my order was a white slice, which they didn't have any, but they gladly made for me. There was younger people working, and the only friendly one was this kid with glasses. He was so nice and made it seem like he was so happy to have us as customers. I wouldn't even be surprised if it was the owners kid or something that's how good he was. Customer service and good food keeps people coming back, and absolutely no reason this has less than 4 stars.
This afternoon I came in and ordered the scrumptious fried calamari appetizer and the succulent and flavorful meatball parmigiana hero. The service was spectacular because the cashier, waiter and owner engaged in small talk with me and promptly provided me my orders. The only thing keeping me back from giving Nonna's five stars is that their menu is not as creative as many nearby competitors. For example, where is the Chicken Marsala hero? or the Nutella-stuffed Zeppole?
Ordered a pizza tonight and waited way over an hour to get it, ended up calling them back to see if the pizza was coming and was told on the phone that my pizza just came out of the oven it will be out to you soon. Living around the corner we get the pizza and it was ice cold, and looked like it was sitting around all day... old!!! Just absolutely disappointing. I will not be ordering from this place ever again!!! Happy New Year!!!!!
I have been to this restaurant twice. One last year and once this year. I didn't like it last year so I gave it another try. I ordered through Uber eats and got it delivered with in 45 mins. Pizza was thin and ice cold. It was delivered right away so i don't blame Uber. It probably was sitting around the store. I will not order from here again. I'm done

The service at this restaurant is fantastic. However, the food leaves something to be desired. The garlic knots are overly oily, and the BBQ pizza is too sweet. Additionally, there is a lack of Parmesan cheese on the tables - only garlic, salt, pepper, and other seasonings are provided. On a positive note, the restaurant appears to be clean.
Most delicious shrimp pizza!!!! From the sauce, to the shrimp, to the cheese!!!!! So good! I've never had this before but will definitely have it again. We highly recommend. The buffalo slice was also very good. Friendly staff makes everything better as well. We'll be back.
From time to time I go here. It a typical Long Island pizza place. They have a good selection of choices. The regular slices are good. The place could use a make over but as for the food it's on par.
The garlic knots were excellent, just the right amount of garlic. The pizza was also delicious. I will definitely be returning. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
