Nightmare service. Booked a 6.45 movie, popped in for quick dinner. It wasn’t overly busy. Sat at 5.51( cos I sent a text as we were seated) finally had a waitress come take our drink/ food orders 20 m after talking orders from other tables...who arrived way after us. Told her we had a movie to get to. Our drinks took another 25 minutes to arrive . Our food started to dribble out around 6.40 . We had all finished our dinner and asked where our ‘ seafood basket’ was we were still waiting on and they said it was 3 mins away. By now it’s 7.05 and seafood basket never came. Asked the cashier if we could have a seat for 2, sure take a seat, sat down waited for 15 minutes for a menu............ Asked for a menu from one of the staff clearing the table. She smiled like she was hungover for 2...x menus after 5 minutes, Waited another 15 minutes for staff to take our order, a couple who sat down after us got there order taken. Got up and left when to the shops across the walk way, enjoyed a meal and watched as people lined up to be seated, some sat down and left like we did. this place has gone down hill it looks like the there is no manager taking charge and young hungover staff or staff that don't care just running around like headless chickens not doing there job
Paying $200 NZD for a meal that was mainly unpleasant was a disappointment. The drinks were okay, but dishes like the Calamari, Halloumi fries, and Children's chicken bites were overcooked and burnt. The pasta was also unappetizing. Despite being labeled as an Italian restaurant, they didn't even cook the pasta properly. They didn't bother to check on our food either, as half of the meals around us were sent back.
Staff we cool, but the food was rubbish, My partners order was wrong and then when we sent it back for the correct one the new order was cold, my breakfast was that cold the fried eggs had congealed and the whole breakfast was cold....When we were asked about our experience by staff we were honest and with a smile they took our money and the extra 15% because of it being a public holiday,

Give this restaurant time to improve and work on their prices relative to their menu. Pasta and gnocchi serves too small and overpriced and $5 for one natural oyster beggars belief. This restaurant isn’t there yet but with tweaking and price effectiveness it will be...a great place to visit.
I visited this restaurant on Tuesday, November 1st. Before I started shopping, I decided to have something to eat. They have a wide variety of breakfast and brunch options that are definitely worth trying. You won't be disappointed.
the al funghi parmigiana delivery time was reasonable and on the plus side the “Food” was warm. Unfortunately there is nothing else positive to report than anything I got was a when of gray mud masquerading than parmigiana.
The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious. The portions are good, prices are reasonable, and the employees are polite, fast, and always smiling.

Barramundi had no taste at all and wasn’t seasoned. Vegetables were frozen. We also had lasagne that soaked with oil and did not have much taste. Will not be back again..
We visited Nonna's for brunch and the three way eggs benedict was awesome lots of variety cutlery was a little dirty with leftover food attached...
