The only small thing that doesn't make me put the 5 stars is: Nothing serious, but we asked for a water carafe, and I insisted on CARAFE and not BOUTEILLE. A first waiter came to bring us a carafe, then his superior arrived, played it, we removed the carafe and we put a bottle to 7 euros ...
Disappointment! The service was so horrible. We had to ask three times before we had a bottle of water (20 minutes), the bottle of wine was empty, no server asked if we wanted another one. We had to claim it 4 times, it came after dessert! The coffees never arrived. If we do not order a bottle of champagne, we are not considered! Good dishes but not waouuuh either! Only positive: the atmosphere.

Ambiance to the top, meal to the top, staff to the top... what to say more. Everything is implemented to spend a great time. The hotel’s servers and managers are very careful. The frame is sublime. It's worth the detour. Thank you again for this wonderful moment. (You must absolutely book and the waiting list can be long but it really is worth waiting)
We had a good evening with an atmosphere at the rendezvous. The frame is carefully designed. Concerning the dishes it is good but not exceptional in view of the price. The quantity is here. The service is done on the other hand with professionalism. A toilet cleaning would not be too much in view of the restaurant's standing.
