Was told it would be 2 weeks and its been 3 MONTHS. Every employee I 've talked to has no known timetable to be able to use them again. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE. Brought a friend to the Broadway location because I wanted her to experience the Chicken Osaka which I love. We arrived at 12:30 and there were only a few other tables occupied. After we sat down an employee informed us that they were out of white rice and that it would be a twenty minute wait so we went with brown rice. It was okay but everything was room temperature. It seemed like the food had been scraped off the bottom of pans that had been sitting out . We needed more soy sauce and there was exactly one packet available. Missoula Broadway location: Our family called in an order. I ordered chicken Osaka with extra sauce and slaw on the side. When my husband picked it up he reiterated that I wanted extra sauce. What I got was no Osaka sauce and no veggies (it even said veggies on side on the receipt). So I got dressed and drove the 20 minutes across town. I told the manager there was no oska sauce which made the meal extremely plain to which she answered, but we cook the chicken in a ginger sauce, so it wasn 't plain, besides I bagged this and I know there was sauce . A long time customer but unfortunately, the last four or five times they have always forgotten some thing. You have to open up your bag when you pick up or get a delivery before the person drives off because something will be missing or incorrect.
