The sudden crave for ramen got me thinking: “where can I get ramen and lobster in one place?” Ramen Boy...<br/ <br/ After Facebook had advertised and enticed me to go here, we decided to call in advance to order the Lobster Ramen. Although a bit of a drive for us we still adventures down and it was not a let down.<br/ <br/ Greeted by the friendly staff there we were straight away picked out as the customers who called to pre order the Lobster Ramen. The restaurant is not table service but streamline orders at the front counter. I had heard about this place a few times and being a Ramen fan, I was eager to try it for myself. What stood out:
We tried both the spicy miso and black garlic ramens. The broths were rich and flavorful, with sticky noodles that complemented them well. The menma was well-prepared, with good texture and no ammonia flavor. The marinated egg was perfectly soft in the center.
What was average:
The takoyaki seemed to come pre-made from a bag. Despite the good presentation with Beni shoga and tasty bonito, it lacked tonkatsu sauce.
If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit for two mains, an appetizer, and a drink each for under $35. The quality of the food is impressive for the price.
I really like this place. It was my first time trying ramen and I did really enjoy it, I was just expecting the broth and noodles to have a bit more flavour, and some of the pork was too chewy. The egg was amazing! I also tried the pork gyoza and karage chicken both amazing!! Price is good too, will definitely be going back.
The restaurant offers an extra serving of noodles for free. The taste is decent, I ordered black garlic noodles which came with flame-cooked pork belly instead of charshu. It is a good value for money, especially with their "The Boy" noodles being affordable even for students from the nearby high school.

This restaurant is amazing for the price you pay. The ramen is incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. They even offer free noodle refills. In my opinion, their signature pork dish is the best on the menu. It's a shame I don't live closer, otherwise I would dine here every night!
Maybe we went on a wrong day or maybe the chef was having a bad day but the food we ordered were sub standard and relatively very expensive. The wantons were tasteless...the mee pok was just edible. Disappointed to say the least.
Love coming here for a quick bowl of ramen including their $6.50 bowl. Have tried all the ramen my favourite is definitely the black garlic. Staff are always friendly and the food is always consistently good !
Simple dinner out with an infant. Ramen was tasty and service excellent. Food came out quickly and no fuss. Great local cheap eat. Will be back.

The food here is quite nice. The portion is quite small. Price doesn't justify its value. Lots of different range of noodles.
Absolutely amazing Ramen, place reminds me of noodle houses in Osaka highly recommend the Spicy Miso Chicken Katsu
