I haven't gone inside to eat post covid but I've gotten pretty used to placing an order on their website when I leave my house and just stepping inside and grabbing my food which is always ready in 10-15 minutes regardless of how busy it is inside. I love the Japanese Pan Noodles and I like that they don't charge for taking ingredients out like some places do, they actually have an option to double up on another item as a substitute for the ingredient you may not want. The rice crispies are also very tasty. Someone behind the counter always greets me so I can say I have a pick up. They don't just assume I'm waiting to dine in. I also appreciate that they have never forgotten to give me silve...

The dining room was closed, due to a lack of staff. So we took our food to go. It was so good! Their menu has a lot of things I want to try. The portions were smaller than I expected, but the prices are only $9-$13, so I guess I shouldn’t have expected huge portions!! I hope they get fully staffed soon, because the dining area was spacious and clean, and I like dine-in better than carryout!

Not dog friendly at all. On the website BringFido I quote that it says Noodles Company on Wabash Avenue has four pet-friendly tables where you are welcome to dine with your dog. However this is a lie. Manager stated that no pets will be allowed in with the bad weather we 've been having and any other day we would only allow a service dog. Book a table now

The staff is consistently warm and helpful with my orders, whether it’s using a gift card or making suggestions. They are friendly, and I truly feel like a valued customer! The excellent promotions and welcoming atmosphere make it one of my favorite places to visit!

They were out of a few items, but customer service was fantastic and the food was cooked to perfection. They had been closed for a bit after staffing issues (from what I heard) and the new group was great in my first visit after their re-opening.

I was a bit disappointed that the dining room was closed due to staff shortages, so my wife and I had to eat in our car. However, I'm grateful they have reopened, because the food was, as always, outstanding!
