Had a great meal and great service. I ordered food for dine in and accidentally ordered a buffalo meal instead of barbecue. It came out to the table and I realized I'd ordered it wrong. The server who brought it out told me if I didn't like it, I could get a new one but i truly do think it was my mistake. I'm betting I misspoke which is my own fault so I was willing deal with it. Well, she still brought out a new bowl of what I had originally wanted in addition to my first order. I believe her name is Haley but I couldn't quite see the name tag. I really appreciated it and will definitely be back.
Our food was gross and tasted old. We didn't get all of our order. When I called to see what happened, the employee at Noodles told me the delivery person left part of our order on the counter. When I tried to get a refund from door dash for the missing item only, door dash contacted Noodles and they told door dash that everything was in the order and nothing was left on the counter. Very disappointed.
I stopped by last Wednesday for lunch. I receive 30 minutes for lunch. I walked in and no one was in line. Three different people, all cooking, told me someone would be right out. I waited 9 minutes for someone to finally come out. At this point, there were several in line behind me. Plus, as the gentleman walked out from the back he was glued to texting on his phone. The food was fine.
: Unhealthy and Rude service. The soup is served in plastic bowl, which was actually melting and burnt chicken and uncooked pasta. Noodles and company is the worst noodle chain Shame on chef. Rude and that omit bad energy to food. Not at all recommended for kids especially who are promoting all that for kids.

We had Noodles cater a school event this past Saturday and it was fantastic. Haley made everything so easy and seamless. She went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it. The food was great and everyone loved the choices. Thank you so much!
buffalin mac n cheese with parmesan and green twill. it was really good, nice little kick. I think grilled chicken stables would be better in this court, but this is my opinion.
It's a much better experience when your noodles aren't overcooked and mushed together. Just a thought.
The order was good, but the food I ordered didn't come out as expected. Give me my money back.
