I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant tonight. My partner loves the steak stroganoff, but it’s no longer available on the menu. The staff kindly suggested a similar dish and went the extra mile by offering to let us call if she didn't like it, ensuring we would receive a complimentary entrée on our next visit. When we picked up our to-go order, the manager even included a complimentary rice crispy treat, just in case the stroganoff substitute wasn't to our liking, so we wouldn't go hungry. The food was superb, and the customer service was exceptional.
Noodles & Company consistently delivers outstanding food with a wide and customizable menu to suit every taste. As someone mindful of my diet, I love that they offer zucchini noodles as a pasta substitute. On my first visit, the staff were wonderfully patient and helpful in suggesting topping swaps for my entrée. The rewards program is a great perk as well. Now, whenever I’m in the area for work, eating lunch at Noodles & Company is a must!
I ordered the Spaghetti and Meatballs but was disappointed by the scant sauce and undercooked pasta. My usual favorite, Buttered Noodles with zucchini, was overly salty, with the zucchini coming out burnt and mushy. On top of that, the food was served cold. I’m quite disappointed, as I typically enjoy this restaurant, but this visit fell short of my expectations.
I order from this restaurant almost every week, and the food is always superb (I particularly enjoy the tofu options!). There was a small issue with my latest order, but the manager was extremely helpful in addressing it. He went out of his way to call me back and ensure that I got the help I needed. The staff is truly amazing!

I don't plan on returning. During my last few visits, everything we ordered was unexpectedly spicy, even the dishes that were supposed to be savory. Furthermore, the food was rather dry and lacked sufficient sauce.
The cheesy garlic bread complemented the generous portion of spaghetti topped with five meatballs in marinara sauce perfectly. The potstickers were delicious, though the dipping sauce had a bit of a spicy kick.
The Caesar Salad is consistently fresh and delicious, and the Pesto Cavatappi has quickly become my favorite. It comes out hot and fresh, and the service is fast. It's truly a standout dish!

Absolutely terrible experience. I got there at 6 PM and placed my order, but by 6:40, I was still waiting. I can say for sure I won’t be coming back.
The sauce was quite thin and watery, which made it unpleasant to eat. I’m sorry to have to say this.
