The only article they list as fully vegan is the Japanese Pan Noodles so I got it. You're wearing Tofu, I asked for extra tofu. Not sure whether it comes with this court by default or not. You have many gluten-free noodle options if this is a concern for you. I believe you can build your vegan pasta and there are many options that are vegan: choose your noodles – Elbow Noodles, Fusilli (Rotini, Zucchetti (Zucchini Noodles, Spaghetti Noodles, Penne Noodles, Rice Noodles or Cavatappi (Macaroni Noodles). In Topeka for work and went to Noodles and Co for the first time. We loved it so much we came back for more! They have a lot of variety! My daughter had the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and I had Pad Thai, hers was very cheesy and mine was very tasty!! We will probably go again before we leave town lol
This restaurant is fantastic. It is worth trying new and different dishes that you haven't experienced before. While it may be a bit pricey for some, it is definitely worth the cost!
First time eating here and I’m super glad we did. It was amazing food and excellent service. Will definitely go back.
