Visit Noodles and Company if you want to experience one of the biggest disappointments in dining. The noodles are dry and unappetizing, and the service leaves much to be desired. They charge $12 for a "regular bowl" that’s hardly larger than a small child's palm. It's scary to think about how tiny the "small" size must be. Once you've finished at Noodles and Company, I recommend heading to any of the nearby restaurants that actually serve enough food to satisfy your hunger. This experience was worse than the Star Wars sequel trilogy!
The staff was extremely friendly and attentive! I ordered the pad Thai, but what I got was basically a bowl of soggy scrambled eggs, which was quite odd. There was only one piece of cabbage, a small portion of noodles, and a large amount of wet, eggy scrambled eggs. It was rather unappealing, so I saved it for my husband, who will eat just about anything. I also ordered a side of mac and cheese, which was delicious, but the pad Thai reminded me more of a dish of soggy Thai eggs.
The only issue I've noticed at Noodles Company recently is that the pasta can be a bit dry because there's not enough sauce. We usually ask for extra sauce on the side, but most of the time, we only get the side portion. Aside from that, everything else is great. My mom agrees and feels the same way!
The staff at Noodles Company were incredibly friendly and kind. They accidentally mixed up our order but quickly remade it without any problems. They also complimented our dog and assisted a lost dog in the parking lot. They even cleared our table without being asked.

I ordered the Japanese noodles, but they were cold and tasted bland. I asked for no cilantro, yet it was still added to the dish. The broccoli was decent, but honestly, I could hardly eat anything except for that because I couldn’t handle the noodles.
The food was cold, and the sautéed shrimp I paid an additional $4 for was missing. I've repeatedly encountered issues with my orders being incorrect from this restaurant via DoorDash.
The food here is outstanding. Although it is a bit on the expensive side, everything always tastes incredibly fresh. The staff is also amazing!
