This is absolutely the worst noodles and company I’ve ever been to. I live closest to this one, however I will go all the way to the one by the mall instead because the service and the food is 100% better. Last time I will ever come to the one on Lexington. The people here are absolutely just rude and disrespectful. Came in during lunch and stood by the counter for 10 mins and not one person was there. After a while a young blonde girl came and walked up to the counter and just stared at me until I ordered. I just said “really??” And she said “ I was in the bathroom” no apology NOTHING. My husband and I came in around 9 pm, we ordered a Mac n cheese and spaghetti and meat balls, our food wanst hot, didnt even melt the cheese, this location is very ghetto they have young kids working here who have all their friends here like it 's a frathouse, they are worried more about closing instead of their customers. The guy at the register acted like he disliked his job and had a very bad attitude. People screaming out the N word. Their friends were being racist about White girls myself being white I was very uncomfortable. We won 't be back to this location
Soda machine needs some TLC from the staff, button was dirty and sticks as well as the cleanliness of the ice lever area. From the look of it they were overwhelmed with online orders, I could see the order screen they use and it always had 8 or so orders on there. Staff looked very tired, staffing seems to be problem everywhere, and that may be the case here. If they had 1 more person staffed, i'd guess the place would be much cleaner.It's still a good place to eat but be aware the dining area may not be as clean as it could be.
Pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff was here! Never expect too much at fast service and it was lovely enough to make me stop and want to write them a note! Noodles were really good too. Great experience today at this location way to go noodles team. Meal type: Lunch

The safe were nice, the food was hot and fresh. They were very busy, so it was noce and quiet. You could actually carry on a conversation.
