After a bust of a sold out movie and going to one of our favorite restaurants (wait was too long)we ended up here, which my hubs and I both like. However, All the tables but maybe two were not cleaned for about 15-20 minutes. It wasn't until more ppl came in they started to clean. Kinda gross eating around dirty plates. They overcharged us and then came by to tell us they ran out of cavatappi noodles and forgot my hubs parmasean chicken. They compensated us with a free bowl, which was nice, but by this time our night was shot. The waitress later came over and took our plays and apologized again. Sometimes that can make a customer come back. I will. That was great customer service.
I ordered the spicy Korean noodles, Thai chicken soup, and potstickers. Unfortunately, the noodles, which were supposed to be the spiciest item on the menu, didn’t have any heat at all (and I typically don’t go spicier than standard buffalo wings). Both the noodles and the soup were excessively sweet, and the soup had barely any chicken in it. The potstickers were somewhat better, though the dipping sauce was also strangely sweet, and they tasted worse than many frozen potstickers I’ve made at home. I’m giving this place two stars, which means I wouldn’t choose to eat there again if I had other options, but I might consider it if I was really hungry.
The accuracy, speed, and friendliness of the Nicholas is a Plus. However, the friendliness of the other servers was a minus. One of the servers asked everyone else but me how is everything, when she walked by me she just asked me if I needed a box as if she wanted me to leave. another server asked everyone else but me how is everything, she act as if I wasn't a customer and treated me as if I were a bad guy and I didn't exist.
Went in to the Lombard location to pick up, ordered a Med Salad. I got back to work, and there were 2 very important ingredients missing, the feta and the olives, so basically I got a very boring, flavorless, not at all Mediterranean salad. Really disappointing, and careless on the part of the restaurant. They were not particularly busy, so there is really no excuse for being so careless with a carry out order.

The service at this restaurant is friendly and surprisingly quick. I find myself ordering lunch here quite often, usually around three times a week, since it's conveniently located near my office. While I enjoy most of their dishes, there are a few that miss the mark, such as the potstickers. Overall, their main courses are quite good, and I would definitely recommend this place for a quick meal.
The food is decent, typical of Noodles & Company. However, the customer service here stands out; it's really impressive. While many places have good service, this location excels in that regard. I want to give a special mention to Jade, the cashier, who went above and beyond to make my otherwise ordinary Noodles experience truly enjoyable.
Very very dirty place. I believe the bathroom was cleaner than the dining room. The place has a terrible odor as soon as you walk in the door. Will never be back to this location. I hope management/ownership sees this and takes action. This place is absolutely disgusting. The girl at the register was friendly.
Staff is friendly (even when you've got a million questions), restaurant clean, food is delicious. I also love all the options. Trying to eat light healthy? No problem because Noodles Co. have plenty of options. Personally I love the zucchini noodles!
