this is the second time that I wait almost an hour for my order that I made online. I thought the whole purpose of online order was to wait to skip. I received a text that said that my order was ready to pick up so that I come here just to say that they are ready to get it so that I sit for 20 minutes to check and was told that it is still being done. I'm pretty reasonable and I understand if the place was super busy, but it's empty. it's an hour since I got the text that told me that my order was ready to pick up. Unbelievable
As someone who loves meatloaf from Texas, I always enjoy trying my favorite comfort food wherever I go. When I visited a new state, I decided to dine at Norm's and was not disappointed. The menu offered a classic selection of dishes with a good variety. My attention was immediately drawn to the meatloaf, and ordering it was a delight. The meal came with soup, a salad, two sides, and even bacon!
The food at this restaurant is not like any other on 182nd and Hawthorne. The taste is unique and not what I expected. The customer service, however, was exceptional. I appreciate the manager for taking the time to address my concerns and make things right. Overall, I believe that everyone should try this restaurant for themselves and see if their experience differs from mine.
First time tryin out Norms. I was excited because of the LA historic googie architecture design. However, they Definitely need some improvement. Not up to my expectation how the food looks like in the photo. Although the staffs are very nice and friendly. They need to improve their food quality control and the plating presentation. Maybe I have a false expectation.

The eggs on the bbb sandwich were overcooked and inedible, despite my request for scrambled. The cold brew coffee was unappetizing and resembled dishwater with ice. The bagel was also hard and stale. Overall, this place is very disappointing, and they consistently get orders wrong.
the service was amazing from this world, just a scandal that eating was not revealed. try the cotton sweets limonade when they dare to come here at all.
The burger was good till I took a bite of it and had the stem from the avocado in my mouth. Gross and the fries was cold and tasted old..
The ham and hash browns were excellent. The ham steak was quite large, consisting of two generous pieces.

The portion of eggs was small and lacked syrup. Given the high prices, I expected better quality.
Perfectly prepared. Nice and hot when it arrived. Good sized portions.
