Finally experienced the worst hospitality in a venue ever. The meal was being enjoyed by myself and friend who asked waitress as she passed for another beer which she reminded him to come to bar and pay (no problem). Whilst finishing meal a manager came to table with the pint and asked friend to go to bar and pay as he's done a favour to bring it. Friend asked why he could not have bought the card machine with the beer (as we were dining) and copped abuse for it and told to finish our meal and leave, never to return! I can paul and his personal not thank for keeping a celebration of life on Tuesday, 27 March 2018. At short notice paul helped me to choose a functional area in which to keep this celebration of the life of the beer garden) it was absolutely suitable for our family and friends who wanted to join us. paul also helped in the selection of finger food for the function that was not easy because we did not know how many would come. paulus was very helpful with information when he asked about different things that we could do to make the day special. the coworkers on the day were excellent, they kept me informed how to eat and drink throughout the entire...read more
the tragedies steak ordered what a waste of money, steak was hard and full of sinue and could only eat half because meat was terrible. I said the bar lady that she doesn't care. I called the hotel to complain and answered the machine news, left a message 26 hours ago, but no answer. I will not go back there, back to the odin tavern for me
always good eating went for Saturday st pats day, band playing early afternoon to late, well craic everyone had fun and a good time, much beer in the offer and eating is always good. many things for the children to do very family friendly and we will be safe again
