All meals are already prepared and packed in vacuum boxes. You can take away or heat up at restaurant. Food quality is really very good and if you compare it to price - its invincible. e.x. rice with veges - 1euro, pasta with sauce - 1-2euro, chicken/fish/meat + some veges - about 5euro.
Everything is already prepared, but without preservatives, etc. So just pick what you want and heat it up in one minute. There's also a membership you can buy which gives you a discount.
