I ordered wings from here and never got called to tell me that it was delivered. I called an hour and a half after I ordered and the rude woman on the phone stated they dropped my food off at the spirit ticket counter. I asked why would you do that instead of calling me and letting me know that the food was down stairs and like ALWAYS we come down to get it. We have ordered from this place for a long time and our order sometimes ranges to a couple of hundred dollars and never had a problem with delivery and have ALWAYS been called to let us know food was ready. The woman on the phone expected me to go to the spirit ticket counter and get the food. Why would I do that? My food has been sittin...
I ordered an Italian cheesesteak which is supposed to be on garlic bread. It wasn’t toasted the meat was like it was purred in a blender. My wife’s chicken sandwich was supposed to have honey mustard on it and it didn’t. My daughters got a buffalo chicken cheesesteak and a quesadilla. Same thing pulverized meat and the one common theme was all 4 orders and both cheese fries were cold. I guess so when it takes over an hour to get here. They apparently make it right away but don’t have enough delivery people and it sits there. And obviously that’s my problem not theirs. Never ordering from here again!!!!!!!
I purchased 30 wings for the eagles game on 10/13. The lemon pepper were super salty we couldn’t even eat them. The sesame teriyaki honey garlic were just ok. The bbq were too saucy. We liked the Spanish fries. We got a Caesar salad and asked them to add onion and cucumber which they forgot. Over all the food was just basic to me and I probably wouldn’t order again Service: Delivery
Ordered take out. Cam newton chicken quesadilla and it was disgusting. I was not only super disappointed in the presentation but the quesadilla itself barely had any sauce on it. I have been coming to this place for over 15 years and the over the past two years the decline in quality of the food has been felt by your customers. I will not be back. Book a table now
Use to buy here all the time. Prices are outrageous, which is k if the wings were good. The manager is the most ignorant and rudest person ever. Ordered Maui Gold wings which we’ve had in the past and loved. This time they were disgusting. The wings had no meat, were way overcooked, and were slathered in a thick mayonnaise-ish sauce. Very disappointed. Won’t order from there again. Service: Takeaway Food: 2
Order from here 3 times so far and my food was good each time. Today I ordered the Korean chicken sandwich and the slaw that was on it was really good. The lady to took my order was very pleasant and the gentleman who delivered was also pleasant. Food: 4 Service: 4
