That said, I'm willing to give them another chance, but I will stick to the smaller cakes. Update: To their credit, they addressed the issue and offered me a credit. I'm pleased with both the quality of their product and their customer service, so I'm giving them five stars overall!
I ordered online, and when I picked up my order, everything was ready. You had a great customer service. You helped me right away. As far as taste, nothing Bundt Cakes never fails. The cakes are always moist and delicious.
