A feature I love about this company is the delivery option. Gives me a chance to share some love via consistently delightful treats withoit the added stress of planning a pick up. Took over 3 weeks for the company to give me a refund for an order I never received. Called every week to check on the status of my refund, and was told every time I called that I’d receive a call back from the manager to process my refund. That happened on three different occasions before I finally spent my lunch break going in and asking to speak to the manager in person. They honestly should’ve done something extra to rescue the situation and apologize for what ended up being a massive inconvenience for their customer. I barely write reviews but I just HAD to do one. I was at the shop around 6:00 or 6:40 today. I saw this LADY who was complaining to a very nice worker and the worker was smiling like this is normal! The lady who was complaining was complaining about how her cake was sour? Excuse me? Sorry about your taste buds! I would love it if this nice worker could get a raise or a free dessert for dealing with this! And yes after dealing with ALL OF THAT SHE WAS STILL NICE TO US! This is by far my favorite place to pick up a treat. The customer service is always good, and they have many flavors to choose from, including seasonal flavors. The mini cakes happen to be my favorite, I bought a cake for my mothers birthday and it was perfect. The cakes are always moist and has the right amount of icing.I would recommend this to anyone who loves cakes.

I've seen this store while shopping at the strip mall and finally had the chance to try it out. My fave is the strawberry flavored cakes. It's very moist and flavorful.
Nice inside. Plenty of cakes. Tried several small cakes. Worth trying something different. First time here after being given a recommendation.
